Vector Power Head Installation on MetaServ 250 Grinder Polisher
The MetaServ 250 Grinder Polisher must be configured to accept a Vector Power Head. If your
MetaServ 250 Grinder Polisher does not have the Vector Power Head switch, contact your local
Buehler Service Representative.
The 60-10066 Connection Kit is required to assemble the Vector Power Head to the MetaServ 250
Grinder Polisher and must be installed by an authorized Buehler Service Representative.
1. Using a flat-head screwdriver, gently remove the round
cover plate on the top of the grinder polisher.
2. After the cover plate is removed, the mount adapter’s four threaded
inserts will become visible.
Clean the surface of the area and threaded inserts.
3. Insert the two guide pins into two opposite threaded inserts of the
mount adapter.
Do not tighten the pins. They will be removed once the Vector
Power Head is installed.
