Close door properly and check state of gaskets;
replace if necessary.
Exhaust pipe partly or completely clogged
(check with an expert what’s necessary from
the stove outlet up to the chimney).
Clean immediately.
Fumes extractor broken down
Pellets burn also due to the draught in the flue
without the aid of an extraction device.
Replace fumes extractor immediately: stoves
operating without a fumes extractor may be a
health hazard. Call an expert.
Hose holder attachment clogged
Detach silicone pipe from hose holder and use
a pointed metal tool to clean hose holder hole.
Replace silicone pipe if necessary.
Replace pressure switch.
Call an expert.
Faulty electronic circuit board
Replace electronic circuit board.
Call an expert.
Have an expert check that the exhaust pipe
complies with standards (see chapter 2, page
65 and following).
Strong winds may cause negative pressure in
the chimney. Check and re-start stove.
Let stove cool; thermostat will re-start
automatically. If problem persists call an
expert.
Room heat exchanger fan not
working
Replace room fan.
Call expert.
A black-out when the stove is in operation
causes the boiler to overheat and the
thermostat to cut in. Let stove cool then re-
start.
Replace 60° NC thermostat.
Call expert.
