3) Procedere nella distribuzione del liquido resi-
duo in un appezzamento appena trattato,
oppure preferibilmente su un terreno non
ancora trattato ma compatibile con i pro-
dotti chimici diluiti.
4) (Facoltativo ma consigliato).
Dopo aver distribuito il liquido di lavaggio,
riempire il serbatoio con circa il 10% di
acqua, aggiungere un liquido detergente
acquistabile presso i distributori di pro-
dotti chimici, e far girare la pompa senza
pressione, sciacquare bene l’intero della
cisterna e infine aprire i getti per qualche
istante e poi chiudere.
5) Aprire il tappo di scarico della cisterna e
far girare la pompa a vuoto per alcuni
secondi.
Controllare se sulle confezioni del pro-
dotto chimico sono indicati alcuni tipi
di detergente specifico e se eventual-
mente questo, prima di essere espul-
so, debba rimanere all’interno dell’im-
pianto (cisterna-pompa-gruppo co-
mando-filtri-getti) per un certo peri-
odo di tempo.
6)Controllare ed eventualmente pulire tutti i
filtri dell’impianto.
Una attrezzatura curata in questa maniera,
permetterà di avere sempre polverizzatori
pronti all’uso, sicuri ed inattaccabili da pro-
dotti chimici corrosivi.
I coltivatori che siano in possesso di ade-
guate apparecchiature per il trattamento dei
residui di miscela da irrorare, potranno av-
valersi di tali apparecchiature.
3) Spray the residual quantity of liquid on a just
treated surface,or preferably on a surface still
to be treated , which should be compatible
with the diluted chemicals.
4) (Optional but recommended).
After spraying the washing liquid, fill the tank
with a 10% of water, add some detergent
liquid, such as soda or triammonium and
let the pump run without pressure, then rinse
the internal surface of the tank and at last
open the nozzles for some seconds and then
close.
5) Open the tank drain plug and let the pump
idle for some seconds.
Check if some special detergents are recom-
mended in the instructions for use of the
chemical product and if the detergent
should remain inside the sprayer (tank,
pump, control unit, filters, nozzles) for a
certain period of time before being
ejected.
6) Check and eventually clean all sprayer filters.
If you follow the above maintenace instructions,
your sprayers will be always ready for use, reli-
able and well protected against the corrosion of
chemicals.
Who can avail of suitable devices for the treat-
ment of the residual spraying mixture, can use
them.
