CHARGING THE BATTERY PACK
Battery Warning
"BATT" appears and blinks in viewfinder and
the operate/caution indicator blinks whenever
battery charge drops below a specified amount.
Replace or recharge battery pack immediately.
’ Charge time is approx. 80 minutes per battery
pack.
’ Make sore battery pack is fully charged before
viewfinder
' When recharging a brand new battery Or one that
has not been used for approx. 6 months, leave
battery connected to charge coupler and con¬
tinue charging overnight using compact power
adapter (charging continues even though charge
end indicator lights).
’ The battery pack may be warm after charging.
This is normal.
’ If battery terminals come in contact with metal,
short circuiting can occur. To avoid this, place
cloth around battery when not in use.
