MANUAL RINSING
You can perform a manual rinsing cycle to clean the coffee nozzle
after use. It is also suggested to perform a manual rinsing if the
appliance has not been used for a long time.
1. In standby mode press and hold and together.
2. will start flashing. The coffee nozzle will then dispense a
small amount of water. Avoid contact with splashes of water, it
is hot.
3. After rinsing the appliance will return to the standby mode.
CAUTION!
If the appliance has not been used for about a week, it
is recommended to perform 2 or 3 rinse cycles.
09. CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Timely cleaning and maintenance of the appliance is critical
keeping the appliance in good condition. The following parts of
the appliance should be cleaned regularly:
y body and control panel of the appliance;
y coffee grounds container;
y external and internal drip trays;
y water tank;
y spouts;
y steam nozzle;
y brewing unit.
CAUTION!
Do not use solvents, vinegar, abrasive detergents or
alcohol to clean the appliance.
None of the appliance’s components should be washed
in a dishwasher. Do not immerse the appliance in water.
Do not use metal objects to remove scale or coffee
deposits: you may scratch metal or plastic surfaces.
