Verizon's Network.
Please contact Verizon
Wireless Customer Service.
20068 Operator certificate
within renewal
expiration window
The device detected the operator
certificate is about to expire (validity under
one month)
No action is needed. Unit will
download new certificate
from Verizon's Network.
20069 CMS server
connection failure
on certificate
renewal
The device cannot communicate with
Verizon's Network.
Please check the LAN/
Firewall settings,
connectivity status and
available bandwidth. The
device will reboot
automatically and try
establishing the connection
again.
If the problem persists,
please contact Verizon
Wireless Customer Service.
20070 CMS server
authentication
failure on certificate
renewal
The device cannot communicate with
Verizon's Network.
Please check the LAN/
Firewall settings,
connectivity status and
