8.2.5 Printhead 1 is not turning o during non-prinng movements
The issue is most likely that the postprocessor is not adding the proper content to the
G-code le. To x this, do the following:
1. Open up your G-code le in Notepad or a similar program.
2. Check if the line: ”Post processed by INKREDIBLE post processor is wrien at the
top of the document.
3. If not, unistall Python and reinstall it following the instrucons in point 1 and 2 of
chapter 6.1 “Seng up the Soware”.
4. Open the Slic3r soware.
5. Under “Print Sengs”, go to “Output opons” and check that the lepath to the
postprocessor is correct (follow the instrucons in point 7 and 8 of chapter 6.1 “Seng
up the soware”.
6. Resume the bioprinng process.
8.2.6 Dual head bioprinng: Printer is moving but not acvang both printheads
The issue is most likely that the postprocessor is not adding the proper content to the
G-code le. To x this, follow the instructons in chapter 7.2.5 “Printhead 1 not turning
of during non-prinng movements” above.
8.2.7 Dual head bioprinng: Printhead 1 and printhead 2 are not level aer the “Raise
printheads” opon has been selected
The issue is most likely that the printheads have gone out of alignment. To x this, do the
following:
1. In the “Ulies Menu”, select “Release steppers.
2a. If printhead 1 is to far up, use the following sequence:
-Push printhead 2 down unl it releases from the carriage.
-Carefully push printhead 1 down a lile bit.
-Carefully push printhead 2 back into place.
-In the “Ulies menu”, select “Home printheads”.
-In the “Ulies menu”, select “Raise printheads.
-Control if the dierence between the printheads is less than 2 mm.
If it is not, return to 2a or 2b, if it is, proceed to step 3.
2b. If printhead 1 is to far down, use the following sequence:
-Push printhead 2 down unl it releases from the carriage.
-Carefully push printhead 1 up a lile bit.
-Carefully push printhead 2 back into place.
-In the “Ulies Menu”, select “Home printheads”.
-In the “Ulies Menu”, select “Raise printheads”.
-Control if the dierence between the printheads is less than 2 mm.
If it is not, return to 2a or 2b, if it is, proceed to step 3.
