6.4. Side Wall Limitation - Inward Opening
Figure 7 shows the side wall limitations for an Inward opening gate. The operator
must be installed in accordance with these limitations. If the wall minimum cannot be
achieved, consider using an outward swing conguration.

6.3. Key Terms Used in this Section
6.3.1. Pillar maximum
The maximum allowable distance measured from the centre of the gate hinge to the edge
of the pillar.
6.3.2. Wall minimum
This value denotes the minimum amount of space needed to install the operator and is
measured from the side wall to the gate when the gate is in the open position.
