TILT CYLINDER GASKETS
DISASSEMBLY • INSPECTION • REASSEMBLY
Tightening torque T=Nm
Removal procedure
1. Remove the rod connection
2. Loosen the rod guide [Point 1]
3. Extract the piston rod W/piston
4. Loosen the piston nuts
5. Replace the gaskets [Point 2]
6. Inspect the piston rod [Point 3]
Installation procedure
The reassembly procedure is the reverse of the disassembly procedure.
Remarks:
• Apply hydraulic oil to gaskets, O-rings and dust seal lips
• Apply antioxidant on rod eye threads
• Replace the piston nut after every removal procedure
Point Operation
[Point 1]
Disassembly:
Loosen the rod guide
T = 300 Nm
T = 200 Nm
T = 300 Nm
