router with DHCP server feature.
Direct link can be used when 2 true monaural P1
are connected together but not to a router. They can
be directly connected with a crossover network cable
or being both connected to a switch.
Manual is an advanced setting for users willing to
manually configure the IP address and mask of the
P1.

If No is selected, the P1 can't be waken from
standby by the app. Standby mode will consume
less than 0.5W.
If Only if PoE is selected, the P1can only be waken
from standby by the app if connected to a Power-
over-Ethernet switch. Standby mode will draw less
than 0.5W from the mains plug.
If Yes is selected, the P1 can always be waken from
standby by the app. Standby mode will draw a
couple of watts from the mains plug.
