If gas is available, the excess flow valve might have tripped; in this case, turn off the knobs, wait 30 seconds, and then attempt to light the grill. Should the flames remain low, turn off both the knobs and the LP cylinder valve, disconnect the regulator, reconnect it, perform a leak test, turn the LP cylinder valve back on, wait 30 seconds, and then try lighting the grill again. Alternatively, a vapor lock might have occurred at the coupling nut/LP cylinder connection. To resolve this, turn off the knobs and the LP cylinder valve, disconnect the coupling nut from the cylinder, reconnect it, and try again.
