Log File
• GO contains a single log file consisting of 32KB of data. This log file will give approximately a
month’s worth of data (depending on how much GO is being used and charged).
• The log file is read through a cloud connection.
• The log file writes over the old entries with new data as it occurs.
• Each log entry contains a date and time stamp followed by an event, and data associated with
that event.
• The battery voltage and internal temperature are logged together during all system
operations.
Configuration File (Settings)
• GO operates on a configuration data file, this determines how the device will behave.
• The configuration file is labelled with the organisations name, version number, receiver ID
and the telecommunication provider information.
• This file is 2048 bytes long.
• It contains all user configurable data such as how long an LED will flash for, through to
storing IP addresses for sending an alert to monitoring.
• The configuration file can be updated via a cloud connection or SmartCare Cloud.
Voice File
• The pendant contains a voice file and is identified by the version number.
• This voice file is stored on a chip that has a maximum capacity of 4 MB, which equates to
about four (4) minutes worth of audio recording.
• The voice file can be updated from the cloud.
Cleaning and Maintenance
• GO can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a non-corrosive,
non-abrasive cleaner. Do not spray with perfume, insect repellent or similar
harsh chemicals.
