Maximum Power Fuel Flow
Serials w/ Perspective System software load 0764-01: Leaning for
Takeoff and Maximum Climb is accomplished at full throttle by leaning
the mixture from full rich to the target fuel flow for the given pressure
altitude per the table below.
Serials w/ Perspective System software load 0764-02 and later: Target
fuel flow is indicated by the top of a dynamically calculated green arc
displayed on the fuel gage. Target fuel flow should be maintained at
the top of this arc by use of the mixture lever.
The fuel flow values in the table below were demonstrated to obtain
the takeoff and climb performance presented in Section 5.
• Note •
Excessively rich mixture will occur if the Mixture control is set to FULL
RICH above 7500 feet pressure altitude.
