If
you
are not
at
the
location
of
your
phone
you
can use
computer
to
configure
your
phone
to
forward
calls
Use
this
procedure
to
forward
incoming
calls
to
another
number
from
remote
computer
You
can
forward
all
calls
to
an
IP
phone
or
non-IP
phone
This
capability
is
only
available
on
the
Cisco
CailManager
version
of
the
phone
Step
Log
in
to
the
Cisco
CallManager
IP
Phone
Configuration
utility
See
your
system
administrator
for
details
Step
Choose
Cisco
7960
from the Select
Device
to
Configure
drop-down
list
box
Step
Click
Forward
all
calls
to
different
number
from
the
list
of
available
configuration
options
Step
Enable
the
check
box
next
to
the
line
you
want
to
forward
Step
Type
the
number
to
which
you
want
to
forward
all
incoming
calls
Note
Be
sure
to
enter
the
number
exactly
as
you
would
if
you
were
to
call
that
number
For
example
enter
an
access
code such
as
or
the area
code
if
necessary
Step
Click
Update
Step
Click
Log
off
to
exit
the
configuration
utility
To
cancel
forwarding
of
all
calls
follow
the
same
procedure
but
in
Step
clear
the
check
box
next
to
the
line
being
forwarded
