The following Holding Registers provide a means to set the date and time of the
counter by writing to the Modbus registers.

The data field above has two parts, the 00 08 is the Holding Register address, and
the second part, 00 02, is the number of registers to be returned. Also note that
each register is 2 bytes. The returned value has a high word and a low word, where
high word is first, 00 01, and low word is second, 21 32. The value in decimal is:
74034.
