10. Once reached one of the two stabilizers positions required, push
the pin downwards until changing the logic state of the end of
stroke near the seat of the same pin. If correctly inserted, the end
of stroke actuator will prove released.
11. If you want to stabilize the spider manually with the radio control,
enable the radio and use the lever shown in picture to stabilize
automatically;
Picture 26 – stabilization from the radio control
12. The spider will prove correctly stabilized when the stabilization led
will light. To have this condition it is strictly necessary to lower the
stabilizers until they are well rested on the ground, the crawlers will
be lifted and the frame will be in planarity with a max. tolerance of
1 degree.
13. Stabilization can be carried out also automatically, from the basket
(Picture 13) disabling the radiocontrol or from the station in turret
(Picture 11).
Level the basket only when the MEWP aerial
part is set in the transport configuration.
It is strictly forbidden to level the basket with the
machine open.
14. This Sup19 is equipped with a chassis levelling feature. To
MANUALLY level the lift once outriggers are lowered to the
ground, lift use the four “center joysticks” to raise the lift chassis.
For best lift performance, always raise lift chassis sufficiently so
the tracks are off the ground. You will know the chassis is
correctly stabilized when the GREEN stabilization led light, lights
up. This lift has a certain amount of “tolerance and forgiveness
built in” and is capable of operating with the frame as much as a
maximum tolerance of 1 degree out of level.
15. For AUTOMATIC SELF LEVELING, use the SSA selector (Picture
12) on the radio control or the SSAC buttons (Picture 13) on the
basket. If after the first cycle of stabilization, the CRAWLER frame
has not reached the required height or the stabilization, twist once
again and hold the button on the side of the cabled remote control
until the lift stops automatically.
Releasing the self levelling button
and twisting it again, causes the self levelling to raise the chassis
automatically further to the next level point. You can do that until
the pistons run out of travel, if necessary.
Level the basket only when the MEWP aerial
section is set in the transport configuration.
It is strictly forbidden to level the basket once
the booms are in motion and operating.
Check the integrity and cleanness of the stabilizer’s
end of stroke before and after performing the above
described operations.
