      If the outdoor unit sensors of your CO/Tech Weather Station are not sending data to the indoor unit and '--.-' is displayed, try the following: * Hold the [ CHANNEL/+ ] button for 3 seconds to initiate scanning. * Ensure the indoor and outdoor units are between 1.5 and 30 meters apart. * Try placing the outdoor unit higher up. * Verify that the outdoor unit LED indicator flashes every 16 seconds. * Replace the batteries in the outdoor unit, using lithium batteries in cold climates. * Check the indoor unit batteries, even if running on mains power. * Ensure no metal structures are disrupting the wireless signal. * Move the indoor unit away from electronic devices like routers, computers, and TVs.

    Why are temperature readings different on my CO/Tech Weather Station?

      If the temperature and humidity readings of your CO/Tech Weather Station's indoor and outdoor units differ when placed next to each other, allow the sensors to stabilize for one hour. The temperature readings should not differ by more than 1 °C (accuracy ±0.5 °C), and humidity readings should not differ by more than 6 % (accuracy ±3 %). You can also adjust the values in the indoor unit, refer to the Calibration section.

      If your CO/Tech Weather Station display shows rain when it is not raining, ensure that the outdoor unit is securely mounted. If the unit is not rigidly mounted, such as on a loose mast pole, it may send erroneous readings.
