Set RXA priority for Simplex Links RXB -> TXA
* Drop-Link on B side RXA -> TXB Out Out In
(Repeater B side with Link A side) RXB -> TXA
Set RXB priority for Simplex Links RXB -> TXB
Crossband System (No Simplex) RXA -> TXB In Out In
RXB -> TXA
Crossband System with Simplex RXA -> TXB In In In
