Instalación
Deben respetarse estrictamente los requisitos de
funcionamiento e instalación descritos en este manual.
Si no es así, puede dañarse el dispositivo o puede producirse
un mal funcionamiento. La unidad debe montarse nivelada y
en posición vertical. La unidad y los tubos deben montarse de
manera que el aceite no pueda entrar en el respirador.
No instalar en un armario cerrado: es necesaria una ventilación
adecuada.

Ponga la junta plana entre las dos bridas.

eSDB10
Primer paso: Retire la cinta/tapa de plástico de las zonas
de aire de entrada/salida. Fije la brida superior (Fig. 4/A)
en la brida del tubo desde el conservador (Fig. 4/B) con
cuatro tornillos M12 (Fig. 4/C).
Segundo paso: Compruebe el nivel superior (Fig.16/17/
18), la burbuja interna debe estar dentro del anillo negro
más pequeño.
Tercer paso: desenrosque el tornillo inferior en la parte
inferior del aparato (Fig. 5/A) hasta el nal del rango de
trabajo de los tornillos.
Cuarto paso: Desenrosque el tapón del eSDB10.
Dependiendo de la posición del respirador principal
(eSDB15, eSDB30), desenrosque el tapón derecho (Fig.
7/A) o el izquierdo (g. 7/B).
Desenrosque el tapón del respirador principal (Fig. 8/A).
Conecte un tubo entre los dos tapones (Fig. 9).
La rosca del tapón es M16x1,5.

El fabricante del transformador puede elegir si aplica el kit
antivibración que se suministra con el eSDB en función de la
robustez del soporte (g. 6/A).
