INTRODUCTION
HOWDY BABY is a continuous and non-invasive
monitoring system, which can detect physiological
parameters, such as heart rate, breathing rate, posture
and movement. HOWDY BABY has been conceived to
monitor newborn babies and infants up to 36 months
of age. In combination with the textile unit, Howdy
Senior detects, processes and transmits physiological
parameters to a dedicated application.
HOWDY BABY is a medical device, based on
technology developped and patented internationally by
ComfTech srl; it oers reliability and high innovability
guaranteeing at the same time comfort for the user.

Continuous and non-invasive monitoring of the
physiological parameters such as heart rate, breathing
rate, posture and movement in a hospital and/or home
environment for newborn babies and infants up to 36
months of age. Temperature and blood saturation can
be optionally monitored from third-party devices through
the Howdy App. As a HOWDY BABY accessory, the
app only communicates with other sensors when a
HOWDY BABY is already connected.
