FINAL WARNINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
WARRANTY
Under no circumstances shall the electronic unit be
tampered with, as this may alter the correct functioning
of the device and in this case any product and
performance warranty will be rendered invalid. Should
the product need to be repaired, this can be done only
by qualied personnel.
For any technical problem, please contact Customer
Support - refer to the manufacturer’s contact information
provided at the end of this manual.
On the outer packaging of HOWDY BABY you can
nd: the serial number unique to the product itself,
the product certication, technical information and the
manufacturer’s details according to regulations (also
listed at the end of this manual).
For any problem or further information please contact
HOWDY BABY is covered by a 24 months guarantee,
from the date of purchasing, against any material or
manufacturing defects.
The 24 months warranty, pursuant to Legislative Decree
n. 24/2002, applies to products with a lack of conformity,
provided that it is used correctly, in compliance with its
intended use and with the provisions of the attached
technical documentation. This warranty, in compliance
with Legislative Decree no. 24/92, is reserved only to
private consumers (natural person who purchases the
goods for purposes not related to his/her professional
activity, or makes the purchase without indicating in the
order form a reference VAT number). In case of lack
of conformity, ComfTech s.r.l. provides, at no cost to
the Customer, the restoration of product conformity by
repair/ replacement, until termination of the contract.
Important: Immediately ll out the purchase coupon
below and attach the receipt to the coupon. Keep the
documentation in a safe place.
If you have a complaint, please contact the distributor
from which you purchased the system directly.
Remember to keep the receipt; you may need it as
proof of purchase.
The manufacturer will examine the device and, if it
is found to be defective due to materials or incorrect
processing, will replace the device. If the device covered
by the warranty has been damaged due to misuse, has
been modied or repaired by an unauthorised person or
has been damaged, the warranty will not be valid. The
warranty is personal and non-transferable.
