To recharge the electronic unit, position it with its
buttons facing down on the induction charging mat
(NOT supplied with the device).
During charging, all the electronic parts (except
those ones necessary for recharging the battery) are
automatically switched o󰀨 for the safety of the user. It is
important to verify that the device is charging checking
that the LED light on the charging mat is ON.
The electronic unit must be positioned in
correspondence with the charging mat’s antenna.
When you position the electronic unit on the charging
mat, the LED light will ash red and green and it will
ash only green when the charging is complete.
FLASHING GREEN and RED: the electronic unit is
charging
FLASHING GREEN slowly: the electronic unit is
charging and is over >95% full
FLASHING GREEN fast: the charging of the electronic
unit is complete
The electronic unit contains an internal LiPo battery
pack with a capacity of 600 mAh rechargeable with NFC
technology (battery life 30 hours used with continuous
data transmission through Bluetooth© connection).
Normally, this type of batteries have a satisfactory
charging capacity of 500 rells, equal to about 2 years
of life.
It is recommended to review weekly the length of
monitoring done: if, after full charging, the battery
cannot guarantee at least 8 hours of continued data
transmission via Bluetooth, it is advised to replace the
electronic unit with a new one.
The electronic unit, if it’s not connected to any
smartphone/tablet, will send an alert message with the
ashing blue text: “ready for connection” .
FLASHING BLUE: the electronic unit is ready for
connection with the smartphone/tablet.
Once connected, the electronic will no longer ash not
to bother the user or anyone around.
To check the operation status of the electronic unit,
DO NOT open the electronic unit and DO NOT try
to substitute the internal battery as the electronic
unit would be irremediably damaged!!!
Warning to resume charging after a long period of
non-use of the device:
If the electronic unit hasn’t been used for over a
month, before using it again we recommend to
execute at least 2 charge and discharge cycles of
the electronic unit itself.
In case of non-compliance with this rule and the
prior verication of the battery life is not liable for
damage to property and people.
At any time, the electronic unit can be shut down as
an emergency and this will guarantee a resetting of
the unit, also when it has entered a state of error which
cannot be xed during normal operation.To switch it o󰀨,
keep pressing the button for about 15 seconds.
