WHAT TO DO IF THE LED LIGHT IN THE
ELECTRONIC UNIT FLASHES RED WHILE
SWITCHING ON THE DEVICE

SWITCHING OFF THE ELECTRONIC UNIT

Wait for about one minute and check that the LED
ashing light turns to blue.
If that doesn’t happen, switch o the device pressing for
about two seconds on the power button. The LED light
should switch o straight after. Repeat the procedure to
switch on the device.
If the problem still persists, please contact the
Manufacturer. You will nd the contact details on the
rst page of this manual.
1.First of all, check the health condition of the user.
2.If the user is ok and the situation remains the same,
check that the electronic unit is correctly connected to
the snaps of the textile unit;
3.In case this unexpected situation persists, check that
the textile electrodes are correctly in contact with the
skin of the user;
4.In case this unexpected situation persists, the textile
unit might be damaged; we recommend to check the
state of the textile sensors in order to decide whether to
purchase a new textile unit.
Please be aware that during the rst 3 minutes of
monitoring, the system needs to adapt to the unique
morphology of the user.
If the Electronic Unit does not connect to the device, it is
possible that it is not correctly paired to the smartphone/
tablet where the App is installed. We recommend to
repeat the pairing procedure as described on page 34
of this user manual.
In case the Electronic Unit were correctly paired, but
the App is not able to establish the proper connection,
we recommend to switch o the Electronic Unit and
turn it on again. Likewise, close and reactivate the App
before trying again. Also, please check that the position/
location on the smartphone/tablet is on.
Note: if, after following the steps listed above, there
is still no communication between the electronic unit
and the smartphone/tablet where the App is installed,
please contact Customer Support – you will nd the
details on the rst page of this manual.
The electronic Unit can be switched o manually at any
time.
To do so, detach the electronic unit from the textile unit
and press the ON/OFF button for at least 3 seconds.
This lapse of time is necessary to prevent the
accidental shutdown of the electronic unit by the user.
After shutting down, the LED light in the electronic unit
will ash red and the same LED light will then switch
o. In case this operation is done while the connection
between App and electronic unit is active, you will
receive a “Disconnected” notication message on
your smartphone/tablet’s display to alert you that the
electronic unit has been disconnected
