is
generated
when
the
controller
has been
requested
to
access a
diskette
which
has
not
been
initialized.
The
message
can
also
occur
if
a
diskette
has
a
bad
header.

interpret
the
command
sent

Typical
ly,
this
is
caused
by
an
illegal
number
