Safety Regulations for maintenance, inspection and
installation work
Theuseroftheunitshouldensurethatallmaintenance,inspeconorinstallaonworkiscarriedout
byauthorisedandqualiedskilledpersonnel.Theusermustalsomakecertainthattheyhavecarefully
studiedtheoperanginstrucons.
Inprincipleallworkontheunitshouldonlybecarriedoutwhileitisstaonary.Pumpsorunits,usedfor
pumpingoruidswhichcouldbeinjurioustohealthmustbedecontaminated.Aercompleonofthe
workallsafetyandprotecvedevicesmustbereedandacheckshouldbemadethattheyarefully
funconal.
Beforestarngupagain,thepointslistedunderthesecon“Commissioning”shouldbecompliedwith.

Unilateral modification and spare parts
manufacturing
Modicaonsorchangestotheunit/installaonshouldonlybecarriedoutaerconsultaonswiththe
manufacturer.Originalsparepartsandaccessoriesautho-risedbythemanufacturerareessenalfor
compliance with safety requirements.
Theuseofotherpartscaninvalidateanyclaimsforwarrantyorcompensaon.

Unproved usage
Theoperangsafetyoftheunitisonlyguaranteedprovidedthattheunitisusedinaccordancewith
theseoperaoninstrucons.Thelimitvaluesgiveninthedatasheetshouldundernocircumstancebe
exceeded.Theseinstallaonandoperaoninstruconsdonotsupersedeorexcludethefollowingof
generallyvalidregulaonsandstandards.

Scope of delivery
Synthectank,pre-assembledandwired,readyforinstallaonwithrubberfeet,tankmounng
supports/securingbrackets,inletseals,non-returnvalveforexternalaachment,overowprotecon
andalarm,ventwithintegratedodourlter,built-inmotorunitwithshreddingsystemandmoisture
sensor level control.

included as an accessory (see chapter 14).
