23. MAINTENANCE OF MACHINES (DEALER)
M
AINTENANCE MUST BE EFFECTED BY OUR DEALERS
1- Read chapter 21 (Daily & weekly maintenance)
2- Remove the sprinkler (355900) and the diffusor (404740) of each group
Clean them .
3- Check the level sensor (376900)
Clean the scale if necessary
4- Change the O’rings (087520) of the 2 non return valves
5- Check the O’ring (403457) of the vacum valve
Change it if necessary
6- Check the inlet filter (411861) located at the entrance of the pump
Clean it if necessary
7- Clean the filter (403458) of each spray nozzle (403456)
And change the O’rings (403457)
8- Check the seat and the gasket of each plunger of coffee solenoid valves
Clean or change the solenoid valve (407239) if necessary
9- Change the 2 O’rings (409631) and the gasket (181100) of the 3 steam taps
10- Change the pressure relief valve 1,5 bar (404326) of the boiler
NOTA: This preventive maintenance does not take into account the softener's
improper regeneration - CONTI disclaims all liability in such case.
