8. Follow the instructions on your compatible MiniMed
insulin pump to connect with your meter (refer to the
compatible MiniMed insulin pump user guide). Do
not press OK on your meter screen until connection
process is complete.
NOTE: Pump on meter screen refers to your
compatible MiniMed insulin pump.

6. Choose Connection from the Pump Options menu to
connect your Contour
®
next LInK meter to your
compatible MiniMed insulin pump.
7. Press OK to continue the connection process.
Press Go Back if you do not wish to continue the
connection.
Pump Options
Go to the Pump Options in the Setup menu if you want
to change your original choices.
1. Make your selection: Send Options or Connection.
Send Options controls when your blood glucose
readings are sent to your compatible MiniMed
insulin pump. Choosing Connection will display steps
to connect your
Contour
®
next LInK meter to your
compatible MiniMed insulin pump.
(Go to Step 6.)
2. Press Send Options to
change your current
setting.
3. Then press Change. Or
press Go Back if you do
not wish to change
Send Options.
5. The next screen
confirms your choice.
Press OK.
4. Choose the setting that
is best for you. The
choices are: Always, Ask
Me, or Never.
