Using the manuals
• The manuals contain descriptions of the software/hardware functions of the LV7000 rather than
descriptions of the plant into which the unit is integrated at a mechanical and/or functional level.
• The manuals are designed for users who design or configure applications involving the unit, who
commission equipment, and who perform maintenance work on the units or any other activity in
conjunction therewith.
• The specifications and information in the manuals and the other pertinent documentation cover the most
common applications. In view of the large number of possible applications of the LV7000 frequency
converter, it is, however, not possible to describe all conceivable applications and to provide exhaustive
information and guidance for engineering, configuration, commissioning, etc. Should you have any
questions concerning Converteam frequency converters or should you need any assistance, we hence
recommend that you contact our drive specialists.
