3. Installation
If the system has already been installed:
7. Re-connect the battery.
8. Fit the case lid (don't forget to attach the earth lead from the case to the
left hand support pillar).
9. Apply mains power.
10. Test communicator operation.
Fitting a Battery
Fit a rechargeable battery into the back of the case. The case provides space
for a 12V 7AH battery. Make sure the battery terminals are oriented in the
position shown in Figure 20.
