What to do if I cannot log in to the Coredy CX-E120 setup page?

First, ensure your computer is set to use DHCP. Then, relaunch your web browser and type either http://192.168.10.1/ or http://ap.setup/ into the address bar. Enter your username and password and click the LOG IN button. If this doesn't work, try resetting the extender to its factory settings.

Why does my Coredy CX-E120 extender keep disconnecting from the network?
    • H
      Heather ReyesAug 19, 2025
The extender might be placed at the edge of the router's range. Unplug it and move it to a location halfway between your router and the area with a weak WiFi signal. Use your smartphone to find the optimal spot for the extender-to-router connection. If your smartphone doesn't show a full WiFi signal, move the extender closer to the router. Continue moving it until you get a full WiFi signal on your smartphone. Place the extender in an elevated location, minimizing the number of walls and ceilings between the router and your other devices.

What to do if Coredy CX-E120 cannot join a WiFi network and I receive an error message?

You may have typed the network name, passphrase, or key incorrectly. Use the Connect to an Existing WiFi Network Setup to select your WiFi network and retype the passphrase or key. If the extender still cannot detect your WiFi network, ensure that your WiFi network is working and that your WiFi router is turned on. If possible, move the extender closer to the WiFi router, ensuring that there are no physical obstacles between them.
