The heat quantity measurement calculation uses the
difference between flow and return temperature and
the volume flow transmitted by the flowmeter.
Adjust the pulse rate corresponding to the flowmeter
V40 used (see the flag on the V40 cable):
V40-06: 1 litre/pulse
V40-15: 10 litres/pulse
others: 25 litres/pulse

The overall heat quantity results from the sum of the
values in Wh, kWh and MWh.
The different values can be reset to 0. To reset, select
the desired value and answer the security prompt
“Save?“ with “No“.
4. Functions and options
The heat quantity measurement calculation (estima-
tion) uses the difference between flow and return
temperature and the user entered flow rate. The flow
rate should be read from the window of the flow setter
at 100 % pump speed. Heat quantity measurement is
carried out when the output selected in the “relay“
menu is active.
