User Guide to CR-30 Landon Lemmons
Print Troubleshooting and Part Print Monitoring:
1. To ensure Lab safety please be sure and schedule your print around your day schedule.
It is good practice to make sure to observe the print at three points throughout its
progress. Once the print begins, when the print is halfway done, and once the print is
almost finished. Although this is not always realistic, this is ideal in guaranteeing that
the part will print as desired and guarantee the part wont cause printer damage.
2. If you have trouble with different print defects, print settings like print temperature and
print speed can be adjusted as well as leveling and nozzle distance. After a few simple
prints the device operation become intuitive to those with prior engineering knowledge.
3. Keep in mind this printers’ print layout and sizing when making custom CAD models and
designs. This will enable the printer to be maximized for its best qualities.
*USE CATION WHEN OPERATING THIS 3-D PRINTER. CREALITY RECOMMENDS THAT THE
PRINTER SHOULD NOT BE LEFT RUNNING UNATTENDED. (ALTHOUGH UNREALISITC AT TIMES)
*IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE AND SOMETHING MESSES UP, DON’T PANIC. THE MACHINE SHOULD
BE POWERED OFF IN THE EVENT OF A MISHAP.
*TO POWER OFF, FLIP THE SWITCH TO “o” THEN UNPLUG THE POWER SUPPLY TO THE PRINTER.
HOWEVER THE BEST OPTION IS TO CANCEL THE PRINT JOB IN THE PRINTER CONTROLLER.
