Why does my Creation Plotter scratch a line before plotting?

  If the plotter scratches a line before plotting, it's because the machine illegally escaped last time. To resolve it, power off the machine and turn it on again.

  When cutting big characters, the system can automatically set up the page. When you use the special wide machine to cut the big characters, especially the long big characters, you shall instead the paper first before cutting input.

  To prevent deformation when engraving small characters, set sharp-angle compensation in the software, for example, in Wentai plotting software. Additionally, the plotting speed of the cutter should be set below 20.

  If there is an additional stroke after finishing cutting, check if the tip of the cutter is flexible when it is up and down. You may also need to change the Master software if there are some deviant letters, and check if there are some problems on the files you are ready to output.
