What to do if Creation CT630 paper deviates when it runs by a large margin?
    • M
      Michele BallAug 23, 2025
If the paper deviates significantly when running the Creation Plotter, ensure the paper feed bracket containing the paper roll is completely parallel to the paperweight wheel. Loosen the bracket prior to plotting to prevent excessive obstruction. Use the two paperweight wheels at the sides instead of pressing all four down simultaneously.

Why do some nicks deep, while some shallow when cutting with Creation CT630?
    • C
      courtney68Aug 26, 2025
When cutting with the Creation Plotter, if some nicks are deep while others are shallow, it may be because PCUT employs upscale soft PVC materials as a knife strip cushion to protect the knife. In this case, replace the stripe cushion. Additionally, adjust the knife as described in section 3.2.B and increase knife press to some 120-150.

Why can not some characters close in strokes when Creation CT630 is plotting?
    • M
      Marco MurraySep 6, 2025
If some characters cannot close in strokes when the Creation Plotter is plotting, it is because the knife of the plotter is an eccentric knife with an eccentric value. Set “closing compensation” in the software.
