Requirements
Administrator
This document is written for use by a facility’s Information Technology (IT) administrator. The
IT administrator should have the following knowledge and skills:

o IP Networking
o Basic PC Operation and Administration
o Basic Smartphone and Tablet Operation
o VoIP system administration (including SIP device management)
o Calendaring system administration (for Exchange connectivity)
• Crestron-specific skills
o Crestron Fusion
