• Align with oil passage “A” of brake disc. It should be
passed more than 70 %.
• Apply O-ring with grease, taking care not to dam-
age it.
• Seat the brake disc into assembly position and when
pressing plate by hand, it should not move.
B. Brake Case Disassembly
a. First Stage (Disconnection of Brake Case)
1. Loosen cam lever (1) attaching nut (2) and discon-
nect brake cam (3), O-ring (4) and brake cam lever.
2. Disconnect Cam plate (5), brake disc (6) and plate
(7).
(1) Brake Cam Lever (5) Cam Plate
(2) Nut (6) Brake Disc
(3) Brake Cam (7) Plate
(4) O-Ring
• Make sure assembly position of left
and right cam plates is correct
