Separate choke type
Throttle Cable Installation, Adjustment
• Link the throttle cable (G) to the speed control
lever (C) and loosely clamp the throttle cable outer
housing (F)with the cable clamp bolt (A).
• Move the throttle lever to =FAST" position.
• Pull up the outer housing (F) of the throffie cable
until the inaer wire (G) has almost no slack, and
tighten the cable clamp bolt (A).
• Move the throttle lever to =slowJ position. Make
sure that the carburetor throttle valve (H) ismoved

, Linkthe chokecable (K) tothechokecontrollever
(D), and loosely clamp the choke cable outer
housing(L)withthe cable damp bolt(B).
e Movethe equipmentchokecontrol to "OPEN"po*
sition.Make surethat the carburetor chokevahte
(M) isfullyopened.
e Pull up the outer housing(L) of the chokecable
untilthe innerwire (K) has almostno slack, and
tighten the cable clamp bo_ (B).
• Move the equipmentchoke controlto "CHOKE"
Make sure that the carburetorchoke
valve (M) iscompletelyclosed.
• Make sure that the chokevalve _ms from fully
closedpositionto fully opened positionwhen ac-
tuatingMe equipment choke control.
