The C16 is fitted with a Dometic FanTastic Vent to provide an alternative energy saving
temperature control to the aircon for off-grid 12V usage. Set to desired temperature on the
remote control and the fan motor will start and stop automatically as the interior
temperature of the caravan exceeds or drops below the set temperature. It includes a rain
sensor option to automatically close if moisture is detected. For more information on the
correct operation and maintenance of the vent, please refer to the respective Dometic
manual provided.
NOTE: Make sure vent is closed when driving, and if there is strong wind or rain to prevent
damage.
