11.1 Overview

Before every ride, check that the
seatpost and saddle are correctly in-
stalled.
11.2 Installation of seatpost
Start with the threaded plate (2). Place it in the seat
tube depression and lightly fasten the screws (3) from
the outside, so that the threaded plate cannot fall into
the seat tube. Now the magnetic counterpart (4) can
be attached to the threaded plate in the seat tube.
The seatpost is xed into place via two screws (3) on
the rear of the seat tube.
Install the screws, taking into account the specied
torque (maximum of 5 - 6 Nm).
As a result, the clamping plate is pressed against the
seatpost and allows the secure xation of the seatpost
in the frame.
Remove the cover (1) on the top tube, in order to
install the magnetic adapter plate (2) in the seat
tube for axing the screws. Proceed as shown in the
detailed illustration.
