Party Snack Mix
A perfect movie treat or a car-ride snack,
this mix comes together in minutes.
Makes about 6 cups (1.5 L)
¾ cup (175 ml) raw mixed nuts
1 cup (250 ml) pretzels (small twists or sticks)
½ cup (125 ml) pepitas
4 cups (1 L) multigrain square cereal
4 tablespoons ([60 ml] ½ stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon (15 ml) light brown sugar
½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) kosher salt
½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) onion powder
¼ teaspoon (1 ml) garlic powder
Pinch cayenne
1. Place the AirFryer Basket onto the Baking Pan. Reserve.
2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Toss to combine. Spread
on AirFryer basket.
3. Put into the AirFryer and set to Bake at 350°F (180°C). Bake until the
nuts are nicely toasted, about 10 to 12 minutes, stopping to toss
halfway through.
4. Remove and allow to cool fully prior to serving.

Potato Wedges with
Crumbled Bacon and Blue Cheese

Makes 3 to 4 servings
5 slices bacon
1 pound (454 g) russet potatoes, scrubbed
Olive oil, for spraying
½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) kosher salt
3 tablespoons (45 ml) crumbled blue cheese
1. Place the AirFryer Basket onto the Baking Pan. Put bacon slices
into the basket.
2. Put into the AirFryer and set to AirFry at 400°F (200°C). Cook until
bacon is browned and crispy. Reserve.
3. While bacon is AirFrying, slice potatoes into eighths. When bacon is
ready, transfer to a serving plate.
4. Put potato wedges into the basket. Spray evenly with oil. Sprinkle
with salt and toss. Spread into a single layer. Set to AirFry at 400°F
(200°C) and cook until potatoes are golden and crispy, about
15 minutes.
