What to do if Culligan Water Dispenser has no flow of water?
    • J
      James FreemanAug 14, 2025
First, ensure the unit is connected to a water supply and that the supply is turned on. If there's an anti-flood or leak detection device installed, check and reset it if needed. For units with EZ heads, confirm the filter is fully twisted into the head to open the valve. Finally, check the filter to make sure it's not blocked with sediment.

First, make sure you're not testing the ambient option. Check that the thermostat is at the correct set point. Ensure the unit isn't in direct sunlight or a room with a high ambient temperature (32ºC +). Also, make sure the heater/compressor switch is on. If none of these resolve the issue, standard refrigeration fault finding procedures may be needed.

If all the electrical connections are properly fitted, the overload mechanism might have been triggered. To resolve this, unplug the Culligan Water Dispenser, remove the upper and lower front panels to access the hot water tank. Locate the manual reset button on the side of the hot tank for the overload mechanism, press it, and reassemble all the panels. Plug the unit back in to ensure it heats the water normally.

The water inside the cold tank mechanism may be frozen. Check that the thermostat is set at the factory setting. Disconnect the power mains from the back of the machine and allow the ice inside the cold tank to melt.
