TARGET TEMPERATURE DIFFERENTIAL

(5) Target Temperature Differential – When enabled, this feature will adjust the target temperature
either higher or lower by the selected number of degrees during the selected time of day.
a. Enabled – Select Yes to enable or
No to disable Target Temperature
Differential.
b. Target Adjust – The desired
degrees above or below the Target
Temperature.
c. Adjust Between – The selected
time of day for which the Target
Temperature Differential will
occur.
IMPORTANT: Ramping MUST be enabled for this feature to operate.
At the start of the specific time range “Adjust Between” entered, the Target Temperature will be
adjusted at a rate of 0.5° per minute until it reaches the total adjustment “Target Adjust” entered. The
same applies when it is at the end of the “Adjust Between” period and is returning to the days original
Target Temperature.
For example, this feature can be used to allow drops in temperature during a Feed Cycle. It could also
be used in the summer to insure that the building remains in Tunnel Ventilation well after dark in an
attempt to relieve the stress after a long hot day.
(6) Point –This table identifies the specific points. You are allowed up to 10 points at which you can
change the target at these points. This allows you to keep the same target for a couple of days and then
start ramping down. When the target temperature changes in the Target column, that target will start the
day that is in the Growout day column.
(7) Day – The day of growout that starts the set Target Temp.
(8) Target – Set the specific target temperature for each of the growout days.
NOTE: The graph below shows an example of how the EV would adjust the target temperature based on
the growout day.
