BEND DEGREE POINTER ADJUSTMENT
Bend degree pointer may be
adjusted as follows:
1. Remove the bending shoe located
on the front of the bender by
pressing down on the spring
loaded retainer pawl and
sliding the shoe off the
nose tube.
2. Loosen the two bolts
holding the pointer.
3. Move the pointer as
desired.
4. Re-tighten the
two bolts.
BEND DEGREE POINTER – GAP ADJUSTMENT
The magnets mounted on the pointer should not need any adjustments. The
magnets and the bend angle limit switch should never touch, and can operate
with as much as a 1/2" gap. If the pointer gets bent further than 1/2" from the
bend angle limit switch, the pointer will need to be replaced.
