Firefox Browser Issue and Correction
Occasionally, when attempting to access the Cisco WebUI from a Firefox browser you
may encounter the following access failure.
To correct this:
From the Firefox home page click on the symbol ≡ located in the upper right corner.
This will bring up a list of options. Navigate to Help then navigate to Troubleshooting
Information. This will presented the following web page.
Under the heading Give Firefox a tune up select Refresh Firefox…
This should resolve the failure.
