Program Overview
In this program, the user chooses their speed as they go. The level of the program uses
variations in the elevation. As the level goes up so does the level of intensity. Like the golf
course, there are uphill and downhill sections, which not only contribute to the intensity of the
exercise but also provide the additional adaptation to covering varied terrain. See table below
and Figure 6.
