Adjust the roller to center it within the case. * **Foreign Object:** A grinding sound could mean there's something stuck between the screen and the roller or fabric. Remove any foreign objects. * **Gear Noise:** If it sounds like gear noise, the motor assembly may need to be replaced.

  If the roller of your Da-Lite Projection Screen has come out of the mounting bracket, it's likely that the pin end has slipped out of the nylon bearing. To fix this, remove the pin end mounting, realign the motor within the tube, and then re-attach the pin end.

Tighten any loose wire connections and correct improper connections.
