Decalcification Instructions
The monthly decalcification process cleans out calcium deposits
in the water and coffee delivery systems. If calcium deposits
are allowed to build up, the coffee system could malfunction.
What to Use

Model CM24P-1/CM24T-1: Puly Baby Cleaning
(Decalcification) Powder
Model CM24P-1/CM24T-1: Puly Milk Liquid Detergent
Model CM24P-1: Dacor P/N ACFS Flushing System
Model CM24T-1: Filtered Water (4 gpg maximum water
hardness...DO NOT use distilled water)
Decalcification Process for Model CM24P-1
The instructions below assume that the coffee system has been
installed with a Dacor ACFS flushing system as called for in the
installation instructions.
1. Locate the JT2 flushing cartridge from the flushing system
kit. Remove the divider insert from the cartridge with a
small screwdriver.
NOTE:
The decalcification process takes
about 10 minutes.
CAUTION:
The decalcification powders,
tablets and solutions can damage
stainless steel surfaces. To avoid
damage, rinse any surfaces
that come into contact with the
decalcification powder, tablets
and solutions thoroughly with
a mild solution of warm water
and detergent. Wipe down with
clean cotton cloth. Do not pour
decalcification solution down a
stainless steal sink.
2. Dissolve one packet of Puly Baby Decalcification Powder in 12 ounces
of warm filtered water. Use a measuring cup.
3. Fill the flushing cartridge with the solution and top it off with filtered
water. Reinstall the divider insert.

Turn the water supply valve on
the filter head to off.
5. Push the HOT WATER button on
the coffee system to relieve the
water pressure.
