To solve the error code
INFORMATION
It is recommended to perform the checks in the listed order.
1 Check the water pressure. See "4.3Water circuit"[4299].
Possible cause: Water pressure is too low.
2 Check the water flow. See "4.3Water circuit"[4299].
Possible cause: Water flow is too low.
3 Check that all stop valves of the water circuit are open. See "4.3 Water
circuit"[4299].
Possible cause: Closed stop valve in the water circuit.
4 Purge the water circuit. See "4.3Water circuit"[4299].
Possible cause: Air in the water circuit.
5 Perform a check of the outdoor air thermistor. See "3.20Thermistors"[4248].
Possible cause: Faulty ambient air thermistor.
6 Perform a check of all expansion valves. See "3.9Expansion valve"[4149].
Possible cause: Faulty expansion valve.
7 Check that all stop valves of the refrigerant circuit are open. See
"4.2Refrigerant circuit"[4286].
Possible cause: Closed stop valve in the refrigerant circuit.
8 Check if the refrigerant circuit is clogged. See "4.2Refrigerant circuit"[4286].
Possible cause: Clogged refrigerant circuit.
9 Check if the refrigerant circuit is correctly charged. See "4.2 Refrigerant
circuit"[4286].
Possible cause: Refrigerant overcharge or shortage.
10 Check for the presence of non‑condensables and/or humidity in the
refrigerant circuit. See "4.2Refrigerant circuit"[4286].
Possible cause: Non‑condensables and/or humidity in the refrigerant circuit.

If all procedures listed above have been performed and the problem is still present,
contact the helpdesk.

Trigger Effect Reset
Thermal protector is
activated. Measured
