Occupancy Detection operation.
1. Occupancy is detected

b. Occupied Time clock starts counting down (Example: Occupied Time = 15 minutes)
2. Occupied Time clock runs out
a. Light output goes to Idle Output setting (Example: Idle Output = 50%)
b. Idle Time clock starts counting down (Example: Idle Time = 20 minutes)
3. Idle Time clock runs out
a. Light output goes to Vacant Output setting (Example: Vacant Output = 0%, Off)
b. LED fixture stays at this output level until occupancy is detected
4. Note: If at any time occupancy is detected, the LED fixture will go to the state listed in Step 1
