Troubleshooting Tips

In order to help assist you, please provide the firmware version of the Daintree™ Wireless High-Bay Sensor
(WHS20) that you are controlling with the WHR1 remote. Use the steps below to retrieve the firmware version.
1. While on the main menu screen, Click UP button until “Info” is highlighted. Click RIGHT button.
2. Click RIGHT button while “Commission Assist” is highlighted.
3. Click RIGHT button while “Device Identification” is highlighted.
4. Click DOWN button until “Retrieve All Device Info” is highlighted. Click RIGHT button.
5. Point remote at WHS20 Sensor on LED Fixture. Click CENTER button to retrieve device information.
6. View information received from WHS20 sensor on LED Fixture.
